The Nevada Diner
was established in 1981 by four brothers, all hailing from Karpathos, a small island in Greece. John, Nick, Mike,
and Alex came to the United States very young, and after a
few years of hard kitchen work, came to own two diners: Nevada in Bloomfield, and State
Line in Ramsey, New Jersey.
As the owners
of Nevada Diner, we like to keep our restaurant up to
date, with a nice environment and always big portions of
good food. With the new generation of our family
becoming staff as well, we look forward to serving the
community of Bloomfield and the surrounding towns for many
years to come. Thank you for your patronage, and for
your loyalty for all those years.
